What do you do with my photos after generation?
We use your input photos to generate your AI profile pictures, then delete the data and models from our servers or GPU APIs within 24 hours. Unlike other apps that store your data forever—or worse, sell it. We value your privacy.
Why are your prices so high?
AI generation costs real money—it takes serious compute to process high-quality results for a single person. We charge upfront so we don’t have to sell your data. If another service is free or cheap, you're likely paying with your privacy.
What type of photos should I upload?
We only need one high-quality/high definition photo from you. Ensure it is clear and well-lit for the best results. Avoid bad lighting and blurry background.
Who built this app?
Me, Danny Postma and my cofounder Tim. We do not have any investors and built this project 100% independently. This means that we do not have any ulterior motives with your data, as no one tells us what to do.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored securely on servers in the United States, by vetted, highly secure, third party partners of us.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, refunds are not eligible. See our Terms for details. Use the support button in the bottom left corner to request a refund.
What photo formats do you accept?
We only support JPG, PNG, WebP but not AVIF or GIF.
Is payment secure?
Yes, we only use Stripe for payment. We do not store any of your credit card information. No representatives of Profile Picture AI will ever ask for your credit card information.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you can get an invoice for your purchase. Head to the invoice page after purchase, add your details and save to PDF.
Can I use my photos anywhere?
Yes, you can use your photos anywhere you want. You can use them on your social media profiles, on your website, on your business cards, etc. You can also use them for your personal use, such as on your dating profile, etc.
